It sounds like the author is not used to freedom, but would prefer order at 
any cost. Only one choice, no decisions to make.

The only problem with Linux today is that there is too much choice for the 
average person to comprehend. Fortunately, modern Linux distributions take 
care of most of those decisions for you so you don't need to make them or 
even know about them.

We have a user group here in Central Florida where we allow anyone with any 
operating system to come to our meetings, we don't say bad things about any 
distribution with the exception of the software from the convicted 
monopolist, Microsoft. However, _people_ are not Microsoft and if they need 
help, we help them. We feel that it's a waste of energy to fight amongst 
ourselves. We treat Linux as a tool to get our work done. It's not a 
destination, it's a vehicle.
