I'd try to start up Insert Linux and use it to do the cleanup. It used clamav,
it will let you update the clamav rulesets online and it can mount read and
write ntfs partitions. I think my last version was 1.3.6, but there may be a
newer one. It's great for recovering broken windows partitions.
