[Leaplist] f-port scan on remote computer HOW?

I have a customers laptop that is a big nasty BSOD winXP pro and have 
tried all of my windows tricks to get it up and running with no luck.  I 
am running live off of a Sabayon DVD atm, but it is taking FOREVER to 
emerge f-prot.  is there a way i can mount the remove NTFS partitions 
without creating a samba share so i can scan this computer from my desktop?
