[Leaplist] IRS refunds PHONE TAX!

The IRS is refunding the rescinded Telephone Tax for long distance access. 

It was repealed in 2003, but, collected through 2006!  They owe us about 
$10 Billion!

I want you all to know that my computer, running http://pclinuxos.com 
reads the Government pages on the web, using the Firefox Browser 
(updated to the latest version).

And, having installed the latest Flash 9 for Linux, I am about to test 
it out. 

I rather dislike Flash, but, with some of the Firefox plugins, can 
control it.
Have to run it, to access some of the stupid new flash videos.
