I have used Lingo for the last year or so, never had a major problem
with them.  When I did have one issue terminating a Kansas number their
tech support was very good (wasn't a Lingo issue, but they opened a
carrier ticket to get the issue resolved).  They are the only one I have
tried so can't really compare them to other providers.
