It seems that some marketing effort would go a long way. I can't think if a 
single place I've seen any information about this site except for your emails 
for the last few years.

That's really the point I wanted to make. Didn't want to sound disparaging.

And in truth, that's the obstacle that almost all OSS has. Lack of marketing. 
Nerds tend to be lousy marketing people. They are too exact to lie enough to 
promote something.
