No, that is bad no matter what.  If MS paid for it, then they should not 
have to pay again.  Now as if i stated MS has not been paying fees, then 
by all means burn them hard.  The bigger problem is not if Altec-Lansing 
chooses to NOT pursue others or not, it is the legal precedence that it 
sets for OTHER companies to follow.
