Looks like the (co-)owners of mp3 aren't exactly coming up smelling like 
roses on this one either, although if they manage to gouge M$ and then 
settle back and leave everyone else alone I'd be on their side.

Anyway, in the spirit of boycotting closed standards, what is the 
easiest tool for converting (legally) downloaded mp3 files to Ogg?
