The lawyers know something, and the judge will make the decision, unless
they settle, prior to a ruling.
I have turned 60 years of age, and now, I finally realized how trivial
is it all, that I have no input or control over. I can only continue to
avoid getting mugged in a dark alley by Microsoft.
So, the only thing that I can do is try to promote GNU/Linux, because
everyone should exercise their Rights of personal freedom to use
anything, or any tool, or any material as they please as long as it
does not intrude upon the rights of others.
Microsoft was multiple convicted, on several continents, and twice in
the USA, for felony acts against others. Infringement is one such
felony act.
Microsoft is a multiple convicted felon and pirate, proven on over 400
lawsuits in the USA.
I do not deal with felons, as they do not change, nor, reform.
Microsoft will mug us again, given the chance! Look at the price
structure for Vista! The Ultimate Business Install pack is $399.00
here, but, in Britain, is priced at 399 British Pounds, and the
equivalent value, in Australia, NZ, and elsewhere! Tons of hardware
doesn't work, and some speculate Microsoft once again "released a beta
test upon the public". It is indicative of that corporation, as it is
as bloated and sluggish as is Microsoft.
Microsoft has two employees on the Parole board, and still has to go for
two more years of probation, extended by the majority vote of it's own
employees on the SPECIAL DOJ Parole Board! They agreed to abide in the
"Future" with the rules of software composure and distribution. That
lasted a short while!
