Google apps for domains is probably worthwhile. If it's just for her (and maybe
you) and you want to buy a domain, I'll host it for free. 

I finally scripted up adding a virtual email address. All I have to do is
remember how to add a domain ;) You can not only fetchmail, you can ssh and
mutt if you like!
