[Leaplist] Dell + Linux pre-installed requested at 2 - 1 over other options

I **think** I created an account and signed in, but it's hard to tell. 
Several times a click would do nothing, but then right-click -> open in 
new window got me to the next step. Sometimes I would try something and 
get a browser message that said:

"Failed to Connect
      
The connection was refused when attempting to contact www.dellideastorm.com.

Though the site seems valid, the browser was unable to establish a 
connection."

I think the site is horribly overloaded ... like maybe their server is 
running Vista on a 16mHz 80286  or something like that  :-)
