In that commentary, using Forbes.com as the medium,  "SCO Vs. Blogger by 
Daniel Lyons, 02.13.07, 6:00 PM ET " SCO vs. Novell, software maker 
Novell, an IBM business partner," is stated, but, now where does Daniel 
Lyons mention that Novell is also a contractual partner with Microsoft, 
who infused some cash into Novell, in the 'compatibility' area, in 2006.

I see that "Pamela Jones" of Groklaw is absolutely correct in charges 
that Daniel Lyons is very biased towards SCO. 

What a stupid stance for Daniel Lyons to take!

As for SCO,  this attempt to  depose a 'hearsay' witness is also a very 
stupid move.  PJ and Groklaw is not germaine to the case.  I recall that 
Courts refuse to accept hearsay or third party "he said, she said" 
communications in evidence!

It just gets stupider!
