It's possible.  Just remember to do a "rpm -ivh <kernel.rpm>", and not a
"rpm -Uvh <kernel.rpm>" when you install the FC6 kernel! :)  Also check
out the test kernels that you find on the link listed in the bugzilla
report.  You will have fewer differences by trying those out.
