If you want to look for kernel issues with CentOS, you will want to look
in https://bugzilla.redhat.com as the CentOS kernel code comes from Red
Hat.
You are using NFS on this system? If so, bugzilla 191831 looks like
your issue. RHEL4.5 will most likely be released in the spring, and the
fix should be there.
