[Leaplist] Daylight Savings Time Change Question

I'm still new to all this packages and updates stuff, so I'm still not
sure what is meant here. If I am running FC6 and am continuously getting
updates every day from Fedora and/or Fedora Extra and/or Livna, will I
get this automatically? Or do I have to take some specific action?

Quite honestly, my normal expectation for fixing something like this
would be instructions to go into file "/etc/timezone/foo.bar/config" and
change a couple of lines with vi. Which is probably why I'm confused.
