On Red Hat Enterprise Linux, you will want to update glibc-common
and/or tzdata packages, depending on your version.  Check with your
support person for details for your version, as there are differences
between 2.1, 3, and 4.

For Fedora, you will want to update glibc-common and tzdata packages,
then run "/usr/sbin/tzdata-update -- tzdata".
