You access the gui from a web browser. Somewhere within the installation you 
had input a dial user and an admin user. On another machine on the same 
subnet, you can browse to http://ip_of_ipcop_box:81. It will ask you for name 
and password. Type admin for name, and admin's password for password, and 
you'll get the gui.
