Oh, on the note of cheap and free hardware...
I have a boatload of stuff for running Linux 'puters.
I bought a large house out in the country back in May, and have really
tried not to bring too much hardware over (I brought over my 46
Playstation2's, 25 xboxes, Ataris, PS1, etc).
I also have my essential work and play PC's and laptops.
Everything still over at my other house is non-essential and up for-grabs.
That means FREE for you to pickup.
I have nearly 70 complete desktop computers there.
But, before you drown in your own drool...
understand that ~20 of them are 80386
~30 are 80486
rest are P233MMX-PIII700
(I took the 'good ones' to the new house).
I have some misc hardware (scanners, DDS tape loaders, hard drives
from 40MB and up).
I even have some 5.25 floppies, MFM drives and SIPPs memory, 30pin mem
stackers, high performance VLB video ATI video card, all sitting
around somewhere. I also have a server with external mini-tower CD
jukebox (4 scsi CDROM drives). There are around 70 sets of 10-piece
eyeglass screwdrivers (I was buying them just for PS2 repairs).
A few of the pieces have been listed here:

The rest I don't have a list of yet.
Contact me if you need anything.
I don't want to make any more trips with the box-truck to transfer
those over here.
