[Leaplist] Brighthouse or Embarq?

And I'm the first to tell you that until I moved into this neighborhood,
I WORSHIPED them.. they offer an amazingly fast product for very little
money. But how I've been treated and their broken promise after broken
promise leaves me feeling a little burned. And for them to have a lawyer
tell me this meets 'national industry standards' is just plain insulting...
