[Leaplist] Brighthouse or Embarq?

I have a Sprint wireless card that I use as a backup, but I was PROMISED
... ASSURED... GUARANTEED... my service would get fixed. They
acknowledged the problem, made grand assurances, and it never came to
pass. I spent the better part of a year being patient and sticking it
out with them for this reason. Now when the going gets tough, the little
twerps call the lawyers and hide behind their "fine print" they're so
found of telling you doesn't exist.
After my investment in time and energy, I certain expect them to live up
to their end of the deal.
And the truth of the matter when their service is reliable (and it is at
my business location and my family's home)... it's far superior to
anything else I can get.
