With all due respect, I do not think my expectations are too high. If
you had my service, you'd be drinking an awful lot of coffee. And
"rebooting" the modem does not fix it. It comes back when it's damn well
good and ready.
I fully understand the service will not be perfect. I provide telecom
services in my business, TRUST ME, I understand this more than I think
anyone could know. But it's a constant problem that makes the connection
truly unusable during the day -- and it effects multiple people,
including businesses around the corner. It's criminal to collect money
for a service you know to be extremely faulty.
