I've been a subscriber to Brighthouse / RoadRunner high-speed net  
access since about 2002 and it has worked great.  I pay the $45/mo for  
the 7mb/s but at one point did the $30 Lite package.  The only problem  
I've had is at one point either the cable from the modem to the wall  
was faulty or the modem itself was faulty, but the speeds were  
terrible, the problem was fixed when both were replaced for free by  
Brighthouse.
