Well as you are not going to be getting the cable TV package it will be 
less expensive to go with the Embarq DSL.  I have used both for business 
and I have to say the quality of the DLS over Brighthouse cable is 
unmatched.  The speeds of the cable are higher, but also come with a 
higher price tag.
