I don't plan to have emergencies.

I do plan ahead, with redundant systems available until the heavily
discounted part on sale on the Internet with quick free shipping can
arrive ;=)

Sort of like having two telephones and two TVs in the house.  Or, two
fire extinguishers, one in the garage, one in the kitchen.
