Several years ago, I was told that I was not welcome in their store and that 
if I stepped foot in it, I would be arrested. This is because of a dispute 
that erupted after they refused to honor some warranty work on a 6 day old 
machine. An Apple Macintosh.

Diana kept me from crawling over the counter and decking the ***hole manager 
on the spot. It's probably a good thing that she did. I've never been that 
angry at anyone before or since.

They need not worry about my shadow on their property. Ever.
