At least they weren't being charged under the Rico act for conspiracy 
with Microsoft
like Best Buy...

I remember CompUSA as the only place to buy Linux on a shelf retail
I personally purchased
Mandrake 8
Freebsd 4.1
Suse 9
and Redhat 5.2 waaaay back when....

Always liked CompUSA
