[Leaplist] FC7 wifi

I have a Compaq Evo that has an ADM8201 wifi card.  I grabbed an image
of the FC7 from the school in order to learn more about how it all works.

Now, I have activated the wifi card, and it even worked at the school on
wifi, but, here my wifi network is on my Linksys BEFW11S4 Wireless - B
and I have an iMac up on the wifi network.

Just wondered what is keeping it from logging on.  I can open the
Linksys setup, but, right now, it is all reset to default.

I have the iMac next to the Compaq on the same table in the Living Room.
They can 'see' the wifi router 20 feet away.  External Antennas are
polarized in the vertical.  The iMac shows 8 bars out of ten max. in the
strength meter.

The Compaq sees the Linksys router at 192.168.254.254 (according to the
GUI program for networking), in the System utilities provided under
>Menu>ADMINISTRATION.

Perhaps it is the lateness of the day.  I am brain dead...
