Bank of America works with Konqueror & Firefox.
And I called their tech support staff to ask about their 'Windows support' 
comments on their web site, before I used their bill pay.  

I got a very satisfactory explanation...
Their site is designed to work with Linux browsers as well, but if you want to 
be able to call up and ask how to set up your browser, their tech support is 
only trained to help with IE.
