Met with James Thompson this evening, and he has invited all computer
groups, LUGs, etc. to try to meet together, in a forum at the site,

FACUG.org which represents 46 PC and Mac computer users groups in
Florida.

I of course mentioned that I have no problem checking out his site,
except I don't deal or converse with multiple convicted felon pirate thief

Microsoft or its cartel of protection racket "Trusted Partners". All
of whom seem to sponsor or appear in close proximity to most of the clogged

up, infested, and broken, PCs that folks have me 'fix' in about 30
minutes each, by installing PCLinuxOS, SimplyMepis, Kubuntu, or
Edubuntu.

We did laugh about Bill Gate's offer to Beijing of $3 a copy Microsoft,
for qualified school students, and today's marvelous gift offer of $5

copies to all poverty stricken Chinese children.

A CD of the four most recent pirated Microsoft products sells on the
streets for $20, and includes pirated firewall and AV products.

A legitimate full Official Red Flag GNU/Linux CD sells for $7.00, and
includes the Big 5 Chinese languages, along with several other world

languages. It includes several thousand full applications, programs,
suites.

I am also in favor of GPL3 enforcement upon user companies that any
patent protection extended to any one of

their users or cross licensed entity(ies), in any contractual
arrangement, applies equally to all users of their products, if they use
any of the Open

Source Code in those products. Of course I do know from years of
military service in many diplomatic situations and some conflicts, that an

embargo works wonders in getting the attention of a misfit or cretin
(cough *cough *repeated convicted felon pirate thief Microsoft *cough

*cough) who repeatedly defy the prior agreed to rules of international
standards bodies.

James had been key in arranging and organizing the Tech. Seminar Event
last fall, and wants to do so again this year. I wish him luck, and did

mention I would pass along his information. He is available at the
email president at facug.org Web site is http://facug.org Tell them I sent

you to recruit more GNU/Linux users.
