The following was posted many months ago.
I'm thinking many people missed it so I'll repost it here.

Internet Explorer w/ActiveX on Linux:

That page will have you use scripts from "IEs4Linux":

(The scripts do a lot of downloading from, IIRC, download.microsoft.com)

At work our company uses Outbreak Express for email.  I've followed all
of the above instructions and have no problem checking my corporate
email using IE6 on FC6.
