It bothers me more often than I admit.

What really burns me is that I have to put up with Windows PC's at work.
(Thankfully most of our servers are made by Sun Microsystems.)
Microsoft offers about zero support for their products.
Contrast that with the kind of support available with, for example,
Red Hat, Suse, or Sun, and I don't understand how any
business anywhere can choose Microsoft.

Congratulations. :)  A new laptop is cool and something of which
anyone should be proud.  (I was as giddy as a kid at Christmas
when I got mine.)

in mind for the next time I'm able to buy another PC.
