some nice looking stuff.  from what i gather it is a gentoo fork (is 
that the correct word here?) that also has liveCDs, supports out of the 
box x86 and 64bit vs.  beryl is part of the default GUI install package, 
etc...

in the process of downloading the mini vs (liveCD) now so i can play 
with it on my big game box to see if it will run with my hardware.
