The "exclusive agreement" seems to be limited to select terms --
basically those you yourself have repeatedly stated that neither you
nor I have seen, possibly some we have.

In reading back to earlier in the month, the "engagement" concept
isn't new at all.  Red Hat and Microsoft have been collaborating for
several months now on open standards.

Honestly Fred, I can't believe you keep saying I see things in
"black/white" when I've tried to break things down as detailed as I
can, and you keep lumping them all into the same thing -- like the
whole contract is 1 big term.
