I have been looking at this..  I have had merchant accounts before.  The 
problem is that unless you are generating lots of volume every month you pay 
out the nose.  It seems that they consider the number of transactions more 
then the amount of each transactions.  I think the answer lies somewhere in 
the paypal api.   I have been using the paypal invoiding and it works.  I 
will caution you.. open another checking account just for the paypal stuff.  
ie: don't give them access to your main checking account.  then electronic 
transfer from your paypal account to your paypal only checking and then 
electronic transfer to your standard checking.. They have an api that allows 
you programatic access, have looked at it but have not had any time to do 
anything with it.  If you find time let me know how it goes.  Both Phil and I 
are both looking at this as we both do hosting stuff.. 
I assume you are talking about receiving money and getting it into your bank 
account.  .. Fred
