Actually, he taps FreshRPMS, of which I avoid. He also does NOT address x86-64, and admits he's never dealt with it.

I've been dealing with it since FC3, as well as FC5, before FC6. I've been busy working so I haven't updated my blog yet.

Bryan (and anyone else playing with FC6) - I've been reading your comments
lately and getting a new install going (60GB HDD in my Compaq R3000 died,
giving good opportunity to re-install from scratch)...

In trying to get everything working as 'natively' as possible, I was
*FINALLY* able to get the Broadcomm wireless WiFi working 100% without
Ndiswrapper. I happened to stumble across a site that had a lot of other
interesting things on it for FC6... thought I'd share:

http://www.gagme.com/greg/linux/fc6-tips.php

One of the most interesting was how to get IE6 working under Linux... I
didn't even realize that was possible ... sure enough it crashes on
occasion, but hey - if I can use it to get past my dependacy on Windows,
guess what...

I guess that means my laptop isn't GPL anymore, eh? LOL.

-Carter

PS: Thanks for the tips so far...
