[Leaplist] more Novell/SuSe - MS links and thoughts

This guy covers a lot of what was in my head when i read the deal with 
MS and Novell the other day but could not put my finger on a lot of it.

His points with the GPL are great, i am looking to get some feedback and 
info from the guru's in the LEAP on all of this mess.
