Crap like this is why I should start a rant on how I'm ditching Linux 
because of licensing nonsense and switching to FreeBSD.  (Just like the 
Linux community does that sort of crap all the time when some open-source 
project has a licensing tweak or business affiliation)

Then again, I already got talked into making that switch during 2000, 
based purely on technical merits.  What brought be back to Linux was the 
polish of SuSE (which you're all now ranting against), and the commercial 
apps that only work properly with Linux (i.e. VMware), and that nVidia 
doesn't have x86-64 drivers for FreeBSD yet.
