Very interesting.. I had missed this point, or perhaps it wasn't mentioned 
before so yesterday from groklaw.. 

This just isn't SCO's week. Here it is, leaning against the ropes in SCO v. 
IBM, and here comes Novell. It has filed a motion for partial summary 
judgement, asking the court to rule that the APA gives Novell the right to 
waive the contract claims SCO has against IBM and Sequent:

While I knew that Novell most likely owns the unix marks.  I didn't realize 
that SCO most likely did not even have the right to sue..  This along with 
the court ruling would make me say.. 

"quick get rid of any stock you may foolishly have"..
